# Getting started

## 1. Request access

Create a trial or purchase request through TxFlash. Your connection parameters and integration details are provided after the request is approved.

## 2. Prepare your receiver

Run the receiver on infrastructure you control, using the connection parameters provided for your account. Keep it available to accept the TxFlash feed connection.

## 3. Decode the feed

Read complete TCP frames and process the ITEM and FINAL records described in the [DIRECT protocol](/direct-protocol.md).

## 4. Verify delivery

Confirm that sequence numbers advance and that your application continues reading records for the lifetime of the connection.
